Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a cold storage environment (34–38°F).
Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Review pick lists, operate pallet jacks or forklifts, and select items with accuracy and care.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage, verify codes and quantities, and report discrepancies.
- Packaging & Labeling: Wrap pallets securely and ensure all packages meet cleanliness and protection standards.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory movement and assist with cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate all material handling equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all warehouse safety, sanitation, and PPE protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
