About The Position
Join Our Team as an Order Picker! Uses a RF hand scanner to determine order requirements Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour Ensure that work meets quality standards Maintains a clean and organized work environment Follow safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to supervisor Warehouse Pick & Pack Job Requirements: Work well in team-oriented environment Ability to work at a continuous fast pace to meet performance standards Ability to pay close attention to detail Superb time management skills Basic reading and arithmetic skills Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours Ability to use a handheld RF Scanner Work overtime as needed Hillman is an industry leader in builder solutions, committed to building stronger partnerships with the customers we serve.
