About The Position

The Order Picker position at Eaton's ES AMER HQ MFGSC division involves moving materials throughout the distribution center to facilitate the processing of customer orders. Requirements

• Previous forklift and/or order picker operation experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months experience with Forklift/Cherry picker/Reach Truck.
• One year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and order picker to retrieve materials from warehouse locations.
• Unload and stage pallets of materials in appropriate areas of Receiving.
• Verify styles and quantities of materials picked and prepare them for shipping.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow written and oral instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality workmanship and observe safety procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
• Work specific shift hours and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
