About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving and organizing incoming products, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
• Ability to lift and move products, with occasional heavy lifting required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring items are properly prepared for shipment.
• Receive and verify incoming products, ensuring quantities and quality match purchase orders. Organize products in the warehouse, maintaining an efficient storage system.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all orders are complete and accurately packed before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure easy access to products and a safe working space.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, orders, and stock levels. Report discrepancies or issues to management.
• Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to meet daily order fulfillment targets and address any operational issues.
