Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and material handling equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols & regulations.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols.
  • Must have or gain within 90 days a PIT operator license for two pieces of Class I & Class II equipment, certifying that the operator has completed as well as OSHA 10 certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and quality control processes (e.g., FDA, ISO standards).

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; maintain valid PIT certification and complete required training.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, verify, and store incoming shipments; conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies using inventory software.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs and customer requirements.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain clean, organized storage areas for efficient workflow; load/unload materials using proper handling techniques.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide hands-on training to new hires and support team members in equipment use, inventory practices, and safety standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Record inventory transactions, tag materials, and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team and supervisors to meet production and shipping goals; assist with other tasks as needed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all EHS, GMP, and regulatory requirements; report hazards and incidents; promote a zero-harm culture.
