About The Position

The Order Management Specialist position at Aston Carter is responsible for providing organizational support to Sales Account Managers. This role involves managing various demands and projects, requiring the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize effectively, and make important decisions. The specialist will handle document requests, assist with pricing tasks, process sample requests, and communicate with various stakeholders to address special situations and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Enters document requests into the Customer Request portal and compiles large requests to send via OneDrive.
  • Assists the Pricing team with annual price letter creation as needed.
  • Processes sample requests into Salesforce.
  • Handles basic issues that arise from Sales.
  • Communicates regularly with sales support supervisor, account managers, CS manager, sales directors, and GMs regarding special situations.
  • Handles miscellaneous projects as requested.
  • Assists in creating new accounts in Salesforce.
  • Orders inventory for office supplies as the go-to team in the office.
  • Maintains email communication directly with Account Managers.
