About The Position

The Order Management Specialist owns the process for validating and activating all accepted quotes within 24 hours in accordance with our WW Revenue Operations policies and all DocuSign compliance policies. In addition to the standard Sales Support responsibilities, the Order Management Specialist will also be responsible for identifying problem areas and providing recommendations, handling all provisioning for closed Sales Orders, monitoring reports, internal customer issue resolution and training for new employees. This role requires extensive coordination with many organizations, including Sales, Commissions, IT, Legal, and Revenue Accounting. Individual must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume of orders at quarter and month-end close
  • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues

Responsibilities

  • Review submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Docusign sales order acceptance policies
  • Process contracts and orders and ensure clean bookings in compliance with company policy
  • Manage provisioning and delivery issues including timely delivery of product
  • Perform daily and monthly audits of all Compliance reports
  • Coordinate with Rev Ops Deal Desk to enforce best practices around deal structure, order form guidelines, and all other presale processes for a smooth booking process
  • Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales, Billing/Collections, Sales Compensation, Revenue Accounting, and other internal resources as appropriate
