This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is key to ensuring timely delivery of service materials, accurate case handling, and consistent customer updates. The specialist partners closely with field technicians, service managers, logistics, and customer operations teams to drive resolution and maintain high service performance levels. Requirements

  • Associate's degree is required at a minimum; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations management is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, service operations, or related operational roles
  • Strong proficiency with SAP platform; Salesforce experience is preferred
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of contact for customers, delivering timely updates on order status, availability, shipping timelines, and service order changes.
  • Enter and validate all material and Time & Materials (T&M) service orders, ensuring accurate pricing, contract checks, warranty verification, and billing details.
  • Monitor orders from entry through delivery, proactively identifying delays or risks and communicating impacts to customers, service teams, and field technicians.
  • Own and resolve order-related service cases, including delays, incorrect shipments, RMAs, and T&M billing issues, while maintaining clear and detailed case documentation.
  • Maintain accuracy in ERP/CRM records and case notes, ensuring visibility, compliance, and smooth handoff between functions.
