This position reports to: Planning & Fulfillment Manager __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is key to ensuring timely delivery of service materials, accurate case handling, and consistent customer updates. The specialist partners closely with field technicians, service managers, logistics, and customer operations teams to drive resolution and maintain high service performance levels.
