About The Position

We are seeking a Order Management Specialist to support our Sales/Customer Service department. They will generate and maintain customer information and shipping products.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years in an Administrative Support role; preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer master information
  • Enter customer purchase orders; generate shop order picking tickets for material and production
  • Maintain and schedule finished goods in stock to be shipped to ensure on-time delivery
  • Process return material paperwork and issue credits
  • Process customer change orders in the systems and distribute accordingly
  • Prepare necessary documents for domestic and international shipments in compliance with U.S. export laws
  • Generate shipping waybills using FedEx, UPS, or DHL software/websites
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices
  • Generate and distribute monthly booking and invoicing reports for outside sales representatives
  • Generate daily bookings report and shipping log
  • Maintain and update the BBB log daily
  • Maintain customer purchase order files (filing/scanning)
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and special assigned as required
