Requirements

• At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong detail orientation
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Verify online orders against internal purchase orders
• Locate corresponding invoices and file electronically
• Produce shipping labels and coordinate shipping instructions with vendors
• Research and reconcile vendor order discrepancies
• Act as the central contact for vendor order inquiries
• Compile and compose drug T3/EPCIS documentation
• Process vendor invoices and correct discrepancies
• Assist the purchasing team with various tasks as needed
• Maintain customer and vendor files
• Organize products within the software system
• Review and correct aged entries in the software system
