About The Position

The Order Management Specialist II provides support throughout the sales cycle by processing complex customer orders and quotes and conveying the information to internal customers. This includes everything from the time the order is received until the product ships and invoices. This role is responsible for working with management and staff throughout the organization to continuously improve processes and procedures, develop best practices and train accordingly.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manipulate objects or controls.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly.
• Ability to stoop, bend, or reach above shoulders occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process complex customer orders and quotes.
• Convey order information to internal customers.
• Support the sales cycle from order receipt to product shipment and invoicing.
• Work with management and staff to improve processes and procedures.
• Develop best practices and provide training.
