About The Position
The Order Management SME (Subject Matter Expert) Consultant will work remotely to support a reputable software/SaaS company by overseeing Order Management operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing performance metrics. This role requires close collaboration with the Senior Director of Order Management to drive operational efficiency and implement improvements in the Order Management function.
