The Order Management Lead oversees day-to-day execution of Mopar parts order flow within GPOP and all related allocation and exception‑handling systems. This role acts as the primary operational owner for complex order behaviors, major issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Key functions include Promotion governance, Part Block Governance and Updates, Large order management, Mopar supply-chain mailbox resolution support, DealerConnect website Parts content and DCMail communication.
