Your role: Ensuring all incoming sales orders are accurate and complete through detailed data validation. Entering and updating order details in Oracle/SAP to establish precise delivery timelines. Confirming orders with customers promptly and communicating delivery dates clearly. Monitoring order flow end‑to-end and resolve exceptions quickly to maintain smooth operations. Working with internal teams to address discrepancies, maintaining clean records, processing returns and credits, and providing timely reporting. We are a health technology company. Requirements

  • You’ve acquired 1+ year of experience in order management or order fulfillment (preferred).
  • Experience working with order management (ERP systems).
  • Knowledge of Oracle or SAP preferred.
  • Strong documentation and data management practices.
  • You have a high school diploma or vocational education.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, are a team player and adaptable.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bedford, MA.
