To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Data Analyst located in Orangeburg, SC. Reporting to the Sr Business Unit Manager the Data Analyst is responsible for providing expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and evaluate data and report results, and escalating data integrity issues.

Requirements

  • A BS in Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Typically, at least 1-2 years experience in a specific field.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of statistics to communicate easily with statisticians.
  • Experience in data mining techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
  • Experience in leading major initiatives and providing input to those initiatives.
  • Demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading, mentoring and/or organization development.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and ERP platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills including macro development (VBA) for automation and efficiency.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring all documentation is complete and correct.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Work closely with inventory teams to verify product availability and monitor stock levels, proactively preventing discrepancies.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and delivery timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve order-related issues or discrepancies, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders and generate reports to support business operations.
  • Extract, validate, and analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Create clear, compelling presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the order lifecycle.
