About The Position

The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic contributor to work closely with a cross-functional team in our ongoing effort to satisfy and delight our customers. Our Technology : Safran Federal Systems provides Resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (R-PNT) solutions and custom engineering services to U.S. Government agencies, defense organizations and their contractors. Safran Federal Systems is authorized to work on the full spectrum of U.S. Government classified and unclassified projects, in addition to supporting strategic partnerships for key defense PNT technologies. How I will Contribute : Receive accepted customer Purchase Orders from the Inside Sales team and enter them into the ERP system for fulfillment. Communicate order acknowledgement to customers. Work closely with the Production, Procurement and Program Management teams to drive the production schedule and customers’ requirements. Receive Change Orders and adjust existing customer orders as necessary. Engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status. Manage partial shipments for customers in coordination with the Operations team. What You Bring to Safran Federal Systems: 3 years’ experience in a related role within a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team. Proficiency in MS Office, prior experience with an ERP system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn. Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration. Plus: prior experience working with Aerospace, Defense and Government customers. Ability to move throughout the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Ability to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time. Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances, engaging positively with others to build trust and confidence. Strong logical reasoning and decision-making skills; able to consider alternative perspectives and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to interact professionally with a variety of individuals, including clients and customers. Requirements
