The Order Handler position is a key driver of a smooth, positive order experience—supporting all aspects of order entry and coordination. Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and all MS Software
  • A strong service mindset paired with a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine curiosity to learn
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills that keep you focused and efficient.
  • Sharp problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a drive to continuously enhance processes and outcomes.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in email correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional experience by delivering timely, professional, and accurate support for all order-related inquiries.
  • Proactively monitor and manage incoming requests through shared communication channels (such as a central inbox), ensuring timely responses and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including Sales, Logistics, Factories, PDMs, and Operations, to resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment challenges.
  • Take ownership of concerns, driving appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction and foster continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain clear workflow and process documentation to support efficient, streamlined operations.
  • Support order tracking and expediting efforts to meet timelines and customer expectations.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance processes and share best practices.
