How this role will be impactful Responsible for scanning bins and boxes of product as they arrive from production. Use pallet jack to move product to and from blast freezer, and to load and unload trucks at the shipping dock . Must u se pallet jack to move product. Must us e scanning equipment to scan product into inventory. Load and unload trucks at the shipping dock. Adhere to safety rules and company policies. Perform other comparable and related duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in very cold environment.
• Must be able to lift 40 – 60 lbs frequently
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Be a champion for safety, quality and GMP standard as needed
• Required to access the poultry production environment.
• Must be able to tolerate the varying heat, wet, and chill of the plant.
• Hearing and eye protective equipment in the production area.
• Required to wear hair and beard nets in the production area.

Nice To Haves

• Must have valid pallet jack license.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks according to OSHA regulations and Farmer Focus training.
