About The Position

This management position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the order fulfilment team. Distribute and monitor workload, motivate team to ensure orders are picked and invoiced in accordance with our quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience
• Detail oriented
• Computer literate
• Some technical competency

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Order Fulfillment Resolution Associates
• Responsible for routing/delivering all picked inventory to specific drop off locations throughout the production floor
• Manage incoming sales order workload
• Manage incoming production order workload
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Deliver all invoiced orders to shipping in a timely and organized manner
• Manage incoming Credit Holds
• Mentor and train all new team members
• Cross-Train team members as needed
• Monitor daily activities to ensure that accuracy and quality standards are maintained
• Troubleshoot and help resolve workflow or system issues
• Excellent communication with direct managers, peer supervisors and direct team members
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures
• Promote safety, workspace organization and cleanliness
• Other duties may be assigned
