Job Summary: Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, physical breakdown of merchandise, building and shrink-wrapping packages, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Requirements

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Physically break down merchandise and build/shrink-wrap packages.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations.
• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
• Wrap and secure merchandise to pallets prior to transport.
• Process shipments through BJ's Fulfillment Center and other systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the SFC area.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling methods.
• Order supplies for the department.
• Maintain open communication with Club Support Center liaison.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
