About The Position
WDC Kitchen and Bath Center is a luxury retailer of home appliances, outdoor kitchens, plumbing fixtures and mattresses. We are looking for an organized individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist! This role provides support to the Retail Sales Division by coordinating with the customer for their order delivery/installation confirmations as product arrives to the warehouse. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional communication skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
