Order Fulfillment Specialist - Northern California (12:00 pm to 8:30 pm)

Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. KSS provides sales and service support for not only the Kiva Confections brand but other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market as well. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
Nice To Haves
- Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
- Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
- Receive and log incoming items
- Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
