Requirements

You enjoy hands-on work and don't mind rolling up your sleeves.
You can work quickly and accurately without sacrificing quality.
You have strong attention to detail and notice when something is off.
You can operate basic printing or office machines (or are confident you can learn quickly)
You take pride in keeping your work organized, neat, and consistent.
You work well in a fast-paced environment and can keep up when things get busy without losing accuracy.
You’re punctual and reliable.
You have clear and concise communication skills (written & verbal).
You value being part of a team and understand how your work supports the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

Processing orders – Quickly and efficiently enter orders while ensuring accuracy before shipment.
Supporting the sales team – Assist with packaging and organizing kickoff materials for fundraisers.
Maintaining shipping logs – Track and document shipments to keep operations running smoothly.
Contributing to team success – Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
