Responsibilities

• Execute all administrative tasks relating to the Johnson Controls Fire Suppression parts and product.
• Monitor inventory levels to order ship from the proper warehouse.
• Manage backorders.
• Maintain ship dates.
• Manage order cancellations quickly.
• Answer calls and handle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations, etc.
• Pull regular reports to manage orders.
• Manage cases in Salesforce.com.
