About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Specialist at Kiva Confections is responsible for managing inventory and fulfilling orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves pulling, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules.
• Ability to perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing orders.
• Receive and log incoming items, ensuring they match purchase orders.
• Unload delivery trucks and verify inbound deliveries against purchase orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift as needed.
• Coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC.
