The Gund Company has an immediate opening at our Fergus, Ontario Canada manufacturing plant for an Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team! Starting Annual Salary: $55,000 to $61,000 per year, based on experience Plant/Work Location Address : 930 Gartshore Street Fergus, Ontario, Canada The Gund Company (TGC) is a manufacturer and fabricator of engineered material solutions specializing in customized electrical insulation parts. With 12 facilities worldwide, we specialize in custom fabricated parts manufactured according to ISO 9001:2015 certified quality systems. We take a consultative, engineering approach to understanding customer needs and have a reputation for outstanding customer service and quality. Job Summary - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator Manage the Order Fulfillment Process to insure the complete satisfaction of the customer’s requirements. Manage inquiries from customers and follow established procedures to provide quotes, lead times and answers. Work closely with Estimating, Engineering, Quality and Management team resources to resolve technical or service issues. Essential Job Responsibilities - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator Manage/oversee multiple customer accounts to ensure expectations are exceeded while delivering a quality experience to the customer. Build relationships with TGC’s customer base to fully understand the customer’s requirements, communicate them to our production team and determine our opportunities to earn additional business. Use the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document customer interactions, requirements, and communications. Provide quotes and order acknowledgements within 24 hours of request and receipt of PO. Follow up on quote status and drive home the order. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications & Competencies - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator Speak and read English fluently Experience working in a manufacturing environment or in a technical customer service role is preferred

Requirements

• Speak and read English fluently
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or in a technical customer service role is preferred
• College degree in business or equivalent training preferred.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Windows based software including Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities
