Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
- Dedication to safety, quality, and accuracy in every task.
Nice To Haves
- Fulfillment experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Review customer order allocations to ensure accurate distribution of inventory, prioritize fulfillment based on demand and availability, and identify potential issues impacting shipment timelines.
- Review and fulfill customer seed orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Accurately receive, inspect, and label incoming seed and related products.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory rotation, and quality control checks.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
