The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving it to a staging area, using a handheld scanner for verification and location updates, and operating equipment. This role is integral to all digital initiatives such as BOPIC (Buy Online, Pick Up In Club), Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Team members are expected to uphold club policies, procedures, and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, prioritize member satisfaction, ensure a safe environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. The role also involves delivering service excellence to members, resolving concerns, and maintaining GOLD Club Standards for cleanliness and organization within the OMNI Space and bin storage.

Requirements

  • Required to meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA’s), performance metrics and goals.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

  • Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily.

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, inside the OMNI Space.
  • Organize members' orders using bin storage based on gold standards.
  • Regularly clean and maintain storage bins based on safety standards.
  • Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
  • See the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business.
  • Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
  • Utilize a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor.
  • Use handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise.
  • Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
  • Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicate expired or short-dated items included on pick list.
  • Communicate with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
  • Work with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
  • Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
  • Work with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.
  • Follow operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
  • Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.
  • Securely package the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
  • Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Process returns to the club and make determination on how to handle (via DDR or Membership desk).
  • Maintain all club policies and procedures, including adhering to proper dress code standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
