About The Position

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our value adding Distribution center. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our DC - giving you the ability to float where needed. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify all material with the packing slip.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure, packing slip, and cut sheet.
• Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including but not limited to chop saw, miter saws, and table saws, in a safe and effective manner.
• Train cross functionally to take on new challenges and progress to higher operation roles.
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Regularly maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
