About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Associate at Kavahana is responsible for packing and shipping online orders from the company's warehouse in Santa Monica. This part-time role requires attention to detail and strong time management skills to ensure accurate and efficient order processing. The position involves working approximately 15 to 17 hours per week, primarily during morning hours, with a focus on meeting shipping deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Packaging or warehouse experience (entry level).
• Strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow lists and packing procedures.
• Ability to lift and move boxes as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM (2 PM on Mondays).
• A personal vehicle is required for daily post office drop-offs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in order packing or a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with shipping labels and packaging supplies.

Responsibilities

• Pack boxes and shipping mailers and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Mark inventory for all products and packaging materials.
• Ensure all shipments are labeled correctly.
• Drop off orders at the nearby post office daily.
