About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Assistant at Sow Exotic is a part-time role focused on plant packing, quality control, and merchandising gardening supplies. Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship plants and gardening products, ensuring they are handled with care and reach customers in excellent condition.
• Inspect all plants and products before packing to ensure they meet high-quality standards for health, appearance, and durability.
• Organize and maintain the retail area for gardening tools, fertilizers, and supplies, ensuring items are displayed attractively and restocked regularly.
• Assist with identifying and caring for a diverse collection of edible and medicinal plants, including tasks such as picking, pulling, pruning, watering, and weeding as needed.
• Support the day-to-day management of both supply and greenhouse inventory, keeping everything organized, clean, and well-maintained.
• Work closely with other team members to balance duties and maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform repetitive movements, including squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs comfortably.
