Order Filler

About the position

The Order Filler performs all warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping bulk and individual gear and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate packing and shipping of materials, as well as fulfilling customer orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping bulk and individual gear and equipment.
• Conduct the accurate packing and shipping of PGI material.
• Receive and fill customer orders.
• Pick merchandise from warehouse shelves, pack merchandise, check packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keep track of inventory and shipments.
• Support public affairs consultants serving as project leads for various environmental-focused communication projects.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in performing warehouse duties, such as packing, shipping, receiving, filling customer orders, picking merchandise from warehouse shelves, packing merchandise, checking packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeping track of inventory and shipments.
• Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, demonstrate good time-management skills, and manage workload with minimal oversight.
• The ability to obtain forklift safety certification.
• The ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
