About The Position

Purpose: This position exists to fulfill parts orders for the RV dealer network in a warehouse setting. Essential Functions: Contributes to organizational effectiveness and productivity by acting and communicating in a manner such that good relationships are maintained with co-workers, management, customers and others. Pick and pack parts for shipping. Assists other warehouse personnel, as time permits.

Requirements

• Experience in order filling or RV manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be able to work with pneumatic/power/hand tools regularly.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written processes and work instructions accurately.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with accurate information through verbal and written conversations.
• Must have the ability to work both in a team environment and independently, as needed.
• Must display professionalism in all interactions and the ability to maintain a positive attitude through periods of adversity and disagreement.
• Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Must be able to walk or stand while lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying up to 50#s repeatedly.
• This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
• Regular attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus, but is not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AX + RF smart is desired.
