About The Position

The Order Filler is responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. This role involves obtaining merchandise from bins or shelves and ensuring the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Other job duties include order filling, planogram management, cycle counting, back stock handling, receiving, stocking, lifting, bending, cashiering, and performing other general duties inside or outside the store as requested or required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Experience in general retail, inventory, or sales

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders using a pick list
• Prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves
• Ensure completeness and correctness of all orders filled
• Perform order filling, planogram management, and cycle counting
• Handle back stock and receiving
• Stock merchandise and perform lifting and bending tasks
• Cashiering and other general duties as required
