This position is temporary in nature. The anticipated duration of the assignment is 6 months and is subject to change based upon business need. The Order Entry Specialist is a member of the Customer Service team and is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer orders received via email and EDI while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company procedures. This role also supports Customer Service Representatives by assisting with order maintenance and updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
