Requirements

Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail

Previous parts related exp preferred
Computer proficiency required
High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Determine and accurately identify parts requested.
Create or update part numbers using predefined procedures.
Create and modify purchase orders.
Data entry of orders on manufactures portals
Review and update open purchase orders.
Create special order parts on dealership computer system and notify appropriate personnel.
Review and update special orders.
