About The Position

The Order Entry Representative will perform administrative functions associated with entering orders and processing hearing aid products and Digital Wireless Accessories (DWA) systems.

Requirements

  • HS diploma, GED or equivalent; Some College preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2+ years of data entry experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of inventory management concepts
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • SAP (or other ERP system) experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent vision to read small font
  • Must be able to sit for 7 hours a day
  • Able to type on a keyboard
  • Lift weight up to 20 pounds
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Entering new commercial In The Ear (ITE)
  • Entering new commercial Sound Delivery System (SDS)
  • Processing re-shipment of products back to correct manufacturer (non-Sonova products)
  • Visually inspect orders and products
  • Identify defects/rejects and escalate as required
  • Active participation in quality improvement processes
  • Initiate process improvements and motivate peers to achieve team goals
  • Meet established individual and team goals
  • Maintain workstation in a clean, safe and orderly manner
  • Adapt to various positions as business needs require
