Nice To Haves

• Intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, or related CAD programs
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Previous experience in manufacturing
• College degree, preferably in a related field

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders and quotes into the computer program based on customer sketches or measurements.
• Communicate with customers to clarify details, gather missing information, and suggest options based on needs.
• Learn shower enclosure components, specifications, and hardware types to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure orders meet guidelines, are accurate, and are processed in a timely manner.
• Assist coworkers and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple orders efficiently.
