About The Position

The Order Builders role is to build customer orders in preparation of shipment, ensuring they are accurately fulfilled.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to read and follow directions and work orders
• Ability to follow all safety requirements/protocols
• Good team-player
• Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations
• Positive, helpful attitude
• Must have the ability to build orders at a minimum case count of 120 per hour to be successful in this role
• Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Some light computer experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Utilize assigned tickets, accurately pull products from warehousing area and build orders in preparation for shipment
• Stage and load product in accordance to company standards
• Move product throughout the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner, both manually and utilizing material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
• Safely utilize material handling equipment
• Count and inspect product
• Help to resolve order discrepancies
• Minimize damaged products
• Comply with all safety procedures
• Maintain clean and orderly work area to ensure safety
• Ethical conduct is expected at all times
• Consistent, regular attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as required
