About The Position

The Bartender at Orchard House upholds The Reserve at Lake Keowee’s mission, values, and service standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a high-energy, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to prepare and serve beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience (preferred).
Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes, glassware, garnishes, and alcohol brands.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Reliable transportation required.
Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Engage with members and guests to provide outstanding customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, safety, and service guidelines.
Assist in banquets and special events as required.
