CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an ORC Manager of Intelligence, you will contribute to achieving the following goals:

Requirements

• Individuals with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Intelligence Analysis or a related field.
• Previous experience in Assets Protection or Law Enforcement
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, Artificial Intelligence (AI), social media, data collection and statistical analysis.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with various levels of leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills, along with a keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to embrace a team concept approach to achieving results, must excel at results through collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Additional Skills – Python, Application Programming Interface (API), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Power BI, Sharepoint

Responsibilities

• Leverage social media to research trends and patterns of criminal activity that could affect Ulta Beauty.
• Leverage data to help with analysis, pattern recognition & predictive forecasting to support high impact/high shrink markets.
• Support ORC Investigations by linking incidents and gathering intelligence housed in case management.
• Support ORC Investigations by gathering intelligence and building quality ORC Investigations to send to the field team
• Assist the ORC team with communication and research support as they conduct field tactics
• Utilize technology to help the field ORC team develop proactive responses to address ORC activity
• Assist in developing and using new concepts to find potential leads of stolen Ulta Beauty merchandise being sold online.
• Assist in the development of tools and tracking mechanisms to help manage ORC pipeline and to report out on productivity
• Collaborate with various business partners within Ulta Beauty and the Law Enforcement/ Asset Protection community
