This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. As part of a hardworking team of Launch Operation specialists you will develop the next generation of launch and space vehicle manufacturing on Florida’s Space Coast at our Orbital Launch Site Manufacturing Complex. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of transporting large equipment, vehicle stages, large flight hardware, and other components requiring critical transport and handling considerations. The work will involve move execution, loading/unloading operations, rigging, load monitoring, and process documentation. The Launch Operations group interfaces directly with vehicle design, production, launch systems, and other test and operational groups. We put a strong emphasis on teamwork, coordination, and service to support all Blue Origin team needs. Additional responsibilities include: Operation of overhead cranes and transportation equipment including Self-Propelled Modular Transporters (SPMTs), Dual Lane hydraulic transporters, large tow tractors and trailers, and other heavy equipment on public and private roads.
