We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for someone with both front and back-office experience who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and enjoys making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Requirements

  • Prior front and back-office experience in a dental or oral surgery practice (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate, and approachable demeanor
  • Proven experience handling a high volume of referrals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience with dental insurance verification, billing, and patient scheduling
  • Ability to manage high call and referral volumes with efficiency and organization
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical environment
  • A self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a team-oriented culture
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt as the practice evolves
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends!)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Denticon software is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism, warmth, and a friendly demeanor
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and insurance
  • Coordinate and track patient referrals accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while ensuring seamless communication between patients and the surgical team
  • Assist with patient check-out and complete all documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verify insurance coverage, billing, and perform accurate data entry
  • Support clinical operations, including sterilizing instruments and assisting chairside when needed
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
  • Collaborate with the team to continually improve and enhance the overall patient experience
