About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Surgical Technician to assist surgeons during procedures and provide high-quality care before and after surgery. This role supports patient safety, office efficiency, and a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible and reliable in a fast-paced clinical setting
• CPR/BLS Certification (Required)
• Hepatitis B Vaccination & Titer
• TB Vaccination & Titer

Nice To Haves

• Oral and Maxillofacial Assisting or Dental Assistant Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures and consultations
• Prepare patients, take vitals, and monitor anesthesia as trained
• Ensure consent forms, treatment plans, and documentation are complete
• Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards, including radiation safety as applicable
• Prepare, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Support a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
• Assist with additional duties as needed
