About The Position

Baystate Dental of Harrison is seeking a skilled and experienced Oral Surgeon to support specialty care within our Springfield, MA practice. This opportunity allows you to deliver high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgical care in a patient-centered, professionally run environment supported by strong referral relationships and experienced clinical teams. Full-Time is preferred, with Part-Time candidates also considered. Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Specialty certificate from an accredited residency program in OMFS
Active dental license in the state of practice

Responsibilities

Provide oral and maxillofacial surgical specialty care
Examine, diagnose, and treat a wide spectrum of oral and maxillofacial conditions
Perform procedures including dental implants, third molar removal, and related surgical treatments
Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging
Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and post-operative care
Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams
Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and surgical excellence
Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education
