Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
  • Eligible for dental license in Pennsylvania
  • U.S. licensure, or eligibility, is required
  • Open to relocating to Pennsylvania
