Requirements

• Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program
• DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
• Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
• Active Federal DEA and applicable sedation permits or ability to obtain
• Open to candidates requiring relocation and licensing
