About The Position

The Oral Surgeon/Exodontist at Willamette Dental Group is responsible for performing the full scope of oral surgery in alignment with the company's evidence-based treatment philosophy. Requirements

• DDS, DMD or BDS, MSD or Certificate in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Board eligible or Board Certified.

Responsibilities

• Embody Willamette Dental Group's treatment philosophy, mission, and values throughout the practice.
• Adhere to the office's strategic goals and economic value report, focusing on patient count, routine work, customer experience, access, and quality care.
• Embrace customer experience and ensure patient transparency.
• Obtain and maintain Nitrous Oxide credentials and/or other forms of minimal conscious sedation.
• Strictly adhere to OSHA and blood borne pathogens policies.
