About The Position
Allied OMS is seeking an Oral Surgeon Associate who is interested in a pathway to partnership within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a doctor-owned and doctor-led management services organization (MSO) in the oral and maxillofacial surgery field, Allied OMS combines the best aspects of private practice with the advantages of private equity. The network currently includes 60 doctors across 42 locations, providing a collaborative atmosphere for professional growth and development. The position is based in Napa, California, at Napa & Sonoma Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, which has been providing specialty surgical services since 2014. The practice is well-established in the dentoalveolar and implant sectors, offering a unique opportunity for both new graduates and experienced oral surgeons to join Dr. Tyler Boynton. The role promises ample room for growth and the chance to perform a variety of procedures, supported by a mentorship program with like-minded surgeons. Candidates will benefit from a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary in the first year, transitioning to a percentage of personal net collections in subsequent years.
