About The Position

We are expanding our surgical team and searching for a highly skilled and motivated healthcare professional with anesthesia experience. This is a true surgical role focused on advanced patient care, precision, and collaboration. Role OverviewThis position combines surgical assisting, anesthesia support, and collaborative patient care across four locations (Boardman, Fairlawn, Mayfield, Belden). You will assist with dentoalveolar surgery, implants, pathology, and sedation-based procedures while working within a supportive, team-focused environment. About Our PracticeOur practice focuses on advanced surgical care, innovation, and a supportive team environment where individuals grow into highly skilled surgical professionals. We are always patient-focused and travel to different regional offices to accommodate our patients’ OMFS needs. You will work directly alongside Dr. Krajekian, a nationally recognized, board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon known for advanced surgical and anesthesia care. Our surgical practice offers IV sedation, advanced monitoring, and both complex and common OMFS surgical procedures. Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Certified in the state you are applying as an RDA (CA, AZ, NV)
  • Must have a current X-Ray License
  • CPR and ACLS certificates required, OMSA or DAANCE preferred
  • Travelling required
  • Open availability

Responsibilities

  • Assist during oral surgery and IV sedation cases
  • Support anesthesia monitoring and maintain clinical readiness
  • Prepare surgical rooms and equipment efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Communicate positively and work effectively within a team
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adaptability
  • Travel between office locations as scheduled (reimbursed)
